Reni's Biography
Reni Rose began her real estate career at Berkshire Hathaway Home
Services, (formally Prudential California Realty) Sierra Madre in 1987 and by
October 1990, she was promoted to Vice President. In November of 2011, Reni became the owner
and was appointed President of the firm. During her career, Reni has represented
countless employees of many local companies/firms in Pasadena and surrounding
cities, such as: Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., California Institute of
Technology, Tetra Tech, Avery, Disney, Parsons, Western Asset Management, NASA/JPL,
etc.
Reni has been ranked within the top 1 to 2%
of Berkshire Hathaway real estate associates since 1993 as a “Chairman’s
Circle” award winner for sale performance.
She has also been the #1 Producer in her office since 1988. In 2000 and 2006 Reni received the
prestigious “Legend” award for consistently achieving a multi-million-dollar
level every year. With over 42,000 sale
associates in the Berkshire Hathaway system, only 76 associates received this
designation and Reni was one of them!
An unspoken testimonial and complement to Reni’s job
performance is that eighty-five percent of Reni’s business is either repeat
clients or referrals. Reni sincerely
enjoys her career as a real estate executive and her passion for the business
will become apparent to you after spending just a few minutes with her. Just ask, “How’s business?”
Although born in Texas, Reni is a transplant from New Orleans,
Louisiana with 25 family members still residing in the “Big Easy.” She has a daughter, Chelsea, and son-in-law,
Luke, who live in Camarillo.
Reni has lived in The Highlands of Arcadia since March 1994 and has also lived in Sierra
Madre and Pasadena.
Prior to her career in real estate, she
spent 10 years with the Federal Government, ending her Government career at
NASA/JPL in Pasadena.
My “Client-First” Philosophy
This "client first" philosophy has
always been my approach and it requires that I continually improve my skills
and ways of doing business. In addition,
I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've
always done, only more quickly and efficiently.
These every expanding technologies have also allowed me to extend the range
of services available to my clients.
There are many qualities and skills that are
the hallmarks of an excellent real estate professional: integrity, market savvy,
knowledge, experience, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality
professional network - all of which make up who I am and how I work.
That said, in my experience as a real estate
professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is
essentially about putting my clients first. This means being accessible, being a good
listener, being a good communicator and responding quickly and efficiently to my
client’s needs.
